"Spacious and comfortable"

"Ao chegar no hotel, falei da necessidade de mais uma cama no quarto, a recepcionista Rayane falou que era R$ 130 reais a mais por diária. Mais tarde, o outro recepcionista, Patrick cobrou R$ 1.100 por dia para acrescentar a referida cama e transformar o quarto duplo num triplo. Conversei com ambos e eles disseram que estava tudo resolvido e que iria fazer a correção e a devolução do dinheiro, o que não fez. Infelizmente, o Hotel Manhathan Plaza se aproveitou da grande demanda por conta da Marcha dos Prefeitos para explorar de forma ilegal os seus hóspedes. Um desrespeito ao CDC e aos seus clientes. Não recomendo."

"Really exceptional hotel. The pool area overlooking the lake gives the city a much more open and relaxing feel. The rooms are spacious, the balconies are large, and everything feels bright and airy. Very clean as well. One thing I would have liked to see improved was the food selection at the breakfast and lunch buffets. There were many pork options, but not everyone can eat pork due to religious or dietary restrictions. More chicken or fish options would have been appreciated. I also think an iron or steamer should come standard in the room. The staff did provide one when I requested it, but it would have been more convenient to already have it available. Small amenities such as slippers, extra towels, cotton swabs, a toothbrush, and mini toothpaste are usually included in most 5-star hotels, so it was a little surprising that they weren’t provided here. Not a deal breaker at all, but those details would have made the stay even better. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, and if I return to Brasília, I would definitely stay here again."
