I was there for an international conference, and had a double room suite. This was a very good hotel in many respects. However, it was disappointing that basic amenities like a coffee maker (or hot water kettle), mugs, creamer, sugar etc. were absent from the room. These, and a microwave oven, are what we would normally expect to see in a suite - at least in other countries. I was also sorry that it was not close to the city. The grounds were beautiful, and the peacocks were a treat.

Temos uma reclamação sobre o restaurante do hotel, o "Toro". Meu marido pediu um salmão, no jantar, e veio uma posta de salmão toda queimada, com uma casca preta de queimado! Inconcebível, isto! Reclamamos e ganhamos um descontinho. Os pratos com carne são muito bons, mas mantenham distância do prato de salmão, se não quiserem se frustar e irritar.

Funcionários simpáticos, principalmente do restaurante a noite. Como ponto negativos: em 1 dia não houve reposição de toalhas e anemidades. Não ter uma academia ou espaço fechado para atividades físicas, choveu por 3 dias e não pude me exercitar. Pelo nível e valor da diária isso seria básico.
