External doors to balconies on Lowe level floors could not be locked, staff seemed lost to resolve, 3 rooms later it was resolved. People partying on balconies well past 3am in the morning. Extensive building work ongoing next door - avoid at all cost.

The hotel was fine. A few places to eat right on the same block. Train station one block away, and the Train system was pretty easy to navigate. The area isn’t as sketchy as it looks from google street view. A few homeless around.

ibis budget Sao Paulo Jardins
The room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great, with a shopping mall couple of blocks away. I could walk to the Ibirapuera park.
