É uma ótima hospedagem pelo custo-benefício e não tive grandes problemas durante a estadia - exceto o check-in mas que foi resolvido bem pontualmente. A área é muito boa e fica a 3min a pé da estação Vila Madalena, bem como de uma área onde tem supermercado, academia e outras amenidades bem em conta.

Vila Madalena grata surpresa

Sempre tive vontade de conhecer o hostel. Me encantei com a vila Madalena apesar dos morros e escadas. Infelizmente fiquei muito desiludida com o hostel. A recepção foi calorosa mas pecam muito na limpeza e organização. O quarto feminino tinha muito mofo e assim uma condição descuidada. O café da manhã razoável mas deixou a desejar quanto a higiene e limpeza. Enfim a estrutura é boa mas os detalhes q fazem a diferença.

Equipe e estrutura excelente.

O hostel é excelente, estrutura muito boa, a cama é ótima! Staff muito atenciosa. Único ponto que "negativo" que vi é a localização, se pretende chegar ou sair a pé prepare-se para subir/descer morros .. devido ao meu sedentarismo achei bem cansativo. Para acesso ao metrô mais próximo é necessário vencer umas escadas também. Tirando isso foi tudo ótimo.

Optei pelo quarto privado com cama de casal, pois estava com a minha mãe. E, para minha surpresa, ao contrário do que consta no site, o banheiro tb era privativo, o que nos deixou mais confortaveis. O atendimento é ótimo, o café da manhã com tudo fresquinho e bem servido. Também tem opção de pratos veganos para quem é fã, enfim bem completo. O preço é justo e as instalações confortáveis, bem localizado. Logo no checkin preenchemos termo se referindo as responsabilidades como hóspedes, duas delas a da obrigatoriedade do silêncio e a proibicão de se alimentar no quarto, o que torna a estadia perfeita, as pessoas que ali frequentan são respeitosas e contribuem cpm as regras do local.
