It is a old hotel, so the rooms are very basic. No proper areas to charge your phone (a bit outdated, doesnt have usb to charge phones). It is good for the price, but it is a bit noisy due to the street and bathroom make some noises as well.

They will never accommodate you on an early check-in or late check-out. It's very apparent that the hotel was once a grand hotel, but nothing is updated, rooms need repainted, windows and sliding doors need replaced and not 1 English/American tv channel to watch, but the rooms are large and spacious. It is in a good location so we continue to stay there. The dining room and buffet is also ok/average. Overall, its a decent accommodation for the price for a 4 to 5 day stay.

Bom hotel! Bem localizado com metrô, padaria, restaurantes, bares e supermercado próximos. Quarto amplo e confortável e ótimo café da manhã. Único ponto negativo foi que o wifi não funciona bem, conecta mas não funciona.

Melhor do centro paulistano

Tenho me hospedado no San Raphael e tem sido grata surpresa, desde a recepção, demais equipes de auxilio, room service. Dois restaurantes no hotel, incluindo opcao de buffet completo por 52 reais. Bom cafe da manhã. A melhor opção no centro de SP.

Bom restaurantes e limpeza

Foi uma estadia tranquila, limpeza do hotel é de qualidade, restaurante e refeições de qualidade. Deixa um pouco a desejar no atendimento, que foi ok apenas e nos móveis e decoração que são antigos. Enfim, não tive nenhum problema e voltaria e recomendaria o hotel.

Muito boa estadia sou de fora de São paulo vi o anuncio do hotel pela internet confesso que superou minhas espectativas os quartos muito bem limpo e grandes cafe da manh impecavel e o melhor tem restaurante anexo oque e muito bom .
