Instalações , café da manhã incluindo os funcionários... excelente!. Estacionamento ...tenho 85 anos e tirei as malas do carro ; o funcionário sentado não me ajudou. O atendimento no check in e check-out ... demorado, sem empatia, igual a um órgão público. Fiz a reserva e pagto no app porque detesto filas.

A localização é ótima pra quem precisa ficar em Santo André. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, banheiro é ótimo, chuveiro forte. Ar condicionado ótimo também… meu único adendo é que o café da manhã é muito caro. Não vale a pena. Mas de resto, ótimo custo-beneficio

Abaixo do padrão IBIS

Já nos hospedamos em outros hotéis da rede IBIS e esse foi nossa pior experiência. O hotel é bem localizado e o quarto é confortável, mas o atendimento da recepção e, principalmente, do café da manhã é ruim. Faltou formalidade, parecia que estávamos em um hostel. Os pratos do café acumularam-se em mais de 10 mesas, enquanto as funcionárias conversavam e mexiam no celular. Uma delas até pegou bolo do café e comeu na frente dos hóspedes. É surreal. O gerente do hotel e a rede IBIS deveria oferecer novo treinamento aos funcionários.

Agua quente nao funcionou a noite de imediato, reclamei e o funcionario foi ate la para consertar, alegou que estava um registro fechado, nao entendi nada. ok. Mas pela manha novamente gelada a agua, inadmissível isso, o minimo que possa ter um hotel é uma boa cama e um chuveiro quente. Nao sei se é algum tipo de economia, mas com 13 graus nao da pra tomar banho gelado.

Quarto sem sistema de aquecimento, uma única manta tipo "plush". Fomos informados que havia aquecedores portáteis, mas quando pedimos na portaria, foi dito que não havia mais nenhum disponível. Cagr da manhã caro e com pouca qualidade. Colaboradores conversando e não repondo as faltas dos produtos.Tivemos que chamar para fazer a reposição. Café e ovos mexidos frios, sistema de aquecimento dos alimentos deficiente. Muito ruim

Péssima, cobrança de estacionamento a parte, apenas 1 funcionário no estacionamento atendendo ao hotel do lado também. 1 dos meus veiculos que ficou estacionado na rua do hotel foi roubado. Nao havia gerente no hotel.
