The area was great but the staff service was subpar. Also there was a day where the WiFi was not working and I relied on WiFi so that was a major let down .plus the gym facility was horribly old, small and out of date. It made more sense to work out at the public parks nearby

Noisy, dirty bed not very clean

The 2 beds in the room had some crumbs over them and the blanket had the smell of some previous guest. There are lots of noise from the street so I tried to turn on air conditioning to produce a white noise but it was very weak and silent. Maybe for a one night stay it would not be too bad but I don’t recommend for a long stay.

Foi ok. A localização do hotel é ótima e o funcionário da recepção que nos atendeu, acredito que César o nome, foi muito gentil! Esperava um pouco mais dos quartos e também da limpeza em geral do hotel… mas como era uma viagem de um dia, foi tranquilo.

Manutenção ruim

Pontos positivos: localização, tamanho do quarto, equipe de funcionários. Pontos negativos: ventilação do banheiro não funcionava; ducha higiênica alagava o banheiro inteiro (impossibilitando o seu uso); o termostato falava que aquecia mas só funcionava para esfriar; a fechadura da porta não aceitava o cartão, dificultando a abertura da porta, que sempre demorava alguns minutos de inúmeras tentativas; café da manhã deplorável, sem nenhuma variedade, qualidade questionável e reposição ineficiente; isolamento acústico do quarto deficiente (dá pra ouvir o alarme no celular do vizinho como se fosse dentro do quarto).

A acomodação segue o estilo apart-hotel, oferecendo sala e mini-cozinha, o que proporciona praticidade e conforto para estadias curtas ou mais prolongadas.
