Based on my person experience and my opinion ONLY. Great hotel and rooms. Dangerous area. Music from the streets until 2 AM. Breakfast horrible. No one speaks English. Never again.

Would not recommend, rude staff and bad stay.

Rude person at front desk in the night when I went to check, kept telling me no booking no room until I pulled out my hotels.com confirmation. Then kept mumbling while checking me in. Very uncomfortable bed and loud construction noises since early morning. Seems the hotel houses homeless or something cause the people in the hallway and breakfast room were giving those vibes. Breakfast was basic with a side of flies on the fruit and cheese. Area is a total ghetto be very careful

la habitación muy bien, impecable y todo en orden, lo que no me gusto fue la cama la verdad muy incomoda, tira a la basura la buena experiencia que se puede llevar uno como huésped. Fuera de ese detalle, muy bien todo, por el precio que se paga supera toda expectativa. Solo cuidar el detalle del colchón!!!

A nossa estadia no hotel foi boa, porém no nosso quarto tivemos problemas com baratas... muitas baratas. Na saída tentamos negociar um desconto, mas sem sucesso. As baratas estavam mais localizadas no banheiro e depois no quarto andando em nossas coisas. Isso incomodou muito. Os funcionários todos, muito gentis e cordiais...

Otimo custo benefício! Evite ficar nos andares baixos; o motivo é o ruído externo, e nos apartamentos de fundo o exaustor da cozinha que leva cheiro intenso de gordura para os apartamentos. Fiquei no apartamento 311, se precisar abrir janelas um cheiro horrível de gordura.

A minha estadia foi razoável, o atendimento da recepção maravilhoso seu Ricardo eu acho que ele é o gerente atendimento dele é incrível ele fez de um tudo pra me ajudar, porém achei o café da manhã muito básico, arrumação do quarto horrível, o espelho tava bem sujo quarto tava bem empoeirado eu e meu namorado temos rinite alérgica porém seu Ricardo pediu pra camareira arrumar o quarto pra gente então a nossa rinite não atacou devido a gentileza dele, porém no nosso penúltimo dia de hospedagem pedimos por três vezes pra arrumar o quarto e simplesmente o quarto não foi arrumado quando nós estávamos no banho foi que a camareira chegou e olhou pra nossa cara e disse que ela tinha horário e a gente pediu 15 minutos pra ela que era o tempo que a gente ia sair do quarto pra disponibilizar pra ela ou seja ela foi embora pra casa dela sem arrumar o nosso quarto achei uma falta de respeito tremenda voltarei hospedar no hotel talvez sim talvez não porque não é justo toda uma equipe pagar por um erro de um funcionário apenas.
