Many times in the hotel before all was good . This time Housekeeping left water in the cup without accommodation . And I lost money inside of the room with no solution for more than a week .!

BEWARE DO NOT EAT IN RESTAURANT !

Hotel condition was good and reception staff good. Restaurant is another story. Buffet breakfast marginal. However, I ordered for lunch one day a "cheeseburger".I was the Only Person in the restaurant, took the 20+ minutes to serve it. When I went to bite into it I thought it smelled bad. When I tasted it I had to spit it out. The Meat was ROTTEN ! I could have gotten seriously ill or worse. There is a reason why except for the "marginal buffet breakfast" included with the room, the restaurant is Always Empty. Have your maginal brakfast here if included, and DO NOT EAT HERE ANYTHING ELSE !

Obra barulhenta no hotel.

Hotel está em obra e fui premiado em ficar no andar exatamente abaixo da obra. Resultado: passei uma manhã inteira com barulho de britadeira na minha cabeça. Hotel só tomou providência de mudança de quarto após as 14 horas.

O quarto era limpo, porém uma reforma/renovada lhe faria muito bem. Fiquei no 13o andar e o barulho externo me incomodou muito e tive bastante dificuldades para dormir. Janelas acústicas para hotéis em áreas movimentadas é essencial.

O ar condicionado não funcionou em todo o hotel na primeira noite e quase não consegui dormir e mesmo na segunda noite com o o defeito sendo "corrigido" o ar condicionado não da vazão para o tamanho do quarto. Além de ser confuso e nada prático para a maioria das pessoas ligar o ar condicionado e luzes da cabeceira através de teclas num telefone na cabeceira da cama. Não tem ninguém para ajudar a com a bagagem. O quarto é grande e bonito, porém a televisão é minúscula, com a imagem ruim e vários canais não funcionam ou estão com mensagens da operadora de tv, o banheiro também poderia ser um pouco maior que traria muito mais conforto e as janelas deveriam ter um melhor isolamento. O café da manhã pode melhorar bastante com poucos ajustes e uma maior variedade, mas tem funcionários simpáticos. No geral fiquei bastante decepcionado com o hotel pelo preço que é cobrado.
