Do not stay there!

The place is old, without hot water, smelly and the service is terrible. Literally left one day earlier to look for another place to stay.

A budget accommodation, but in spite of being quite basic, was clean, with a great complimentary breakfast. My room had strong wifi, ample electrical outlets, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. My only complaint was that the bed was very firm, too firm for my liking. Not the best neighborhood, so I didn’t venture out after dark, but the hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, grocery stores and tourist attractions, with a bit of walking. I would stay at this hotel again in future, if I planned on returning to São Paulo.

Estive hospedada de 16 a 18 de maio 2025. Experiência em geral foi muito boa. Bom atendimento no balcão. Café da manhã razoável. Quarto bom, com cama grande e confortável. Banheiro também bom. Apenas com uma resalva no box precisando de uma boa faxina com água sanitária, frisos dos azulejos, e onde corre as portas do box com partes escura, pretas, que uma boa limpeza tira tudo, ficou a desejar essa limpeza. Fiquei no apartamento 403. Local do hotel muito bom, para quem quer comodidade para caminhar no centro da cidade e com farto transporte público.

Hotel muito antigo, porta do box do banheiro não fechava. Faltam cabides no banheiro p pendurar as roupas e toalhas. Pouco espaço entre as camas e poucas tomadas. Mas as camas são boas e o chuveiro esquenta bem a água. Cobertores e lençois bons. Recepcionista extremamente educado, atencioso e solícito.

Atende bem ao básico

O espaço atende ao que se propoe, infelizmente o estacionamento é pago e bem caro, o do outro lado da rua é péssimo e na rua de cima tem um mais em conta e com estrutura boa. Sobre o hotel a recepção é boa, mas ainda com sistema manuscrita. O banheiro do hotel está em pessimo local e bem mal cuidado. Já no quarto o espaço é suficiente, mas o travesseiro é muito fino e desconfortavel, o chuveiro é bom e esquenta bem. e de restante tudo ok!

Experiência péssima!!!

Experiência super negativa, o único ponto positivo foi o chuveiro forte e quente, fora isso, quarto sujo, pequeno/apertado (diferente das fotos do anúncio), barulhento (ar condicionado e frigobar), café da manhã do dia anterior, enfim, não volto e nada recomendo!
