Nice and clean hotel in a very good neighborhood. Spacious rooms, good breakfast. Alphaville is a nice, clean and safe town. My only challenge was getting timely response to questions before arrival. Check-in ends at midnight but my flight arrives in the morning. I just could not get them hold my room so that I can check-in the morning. Other than that it is a great hotel, friendly staff. Overall, I would recommend.

It would be nice to have a couch in the room but overall the stay was nice. The breakfast was exceptional one of the best I ever had for free at a hotel. My parents didn’t have an adaptor to charge their phones since we are from Canada and the hotel gave them one which was very generous. The only issue was during check in they tried to charge us extra because we were bringing our dog and we told them it was not stated on Expedia where we booked that there would be extra charges. They tried to argue until my wife spoke to the manager and he agreed not to charge us extra. So better communication between the hotel and Expedia would be nice. But a nice stay.

no cold water in the bathroom on the first day and continued badly throughout my stay. electricity dropped on my last day and had to shower in the dark. plumbing is old and clearly maintenance is a problem. looks beautiful on the outside but, structurally things are falling apart. I have stayed there over the years and this was the worst

The only thing worth mentioning is the personnel: they were amazing! The hotel is badly maintained, carpet in the hallway is really dirty. Linen used is of cheap quality.
