"Hassle free check-in (earlier check in was available for us) by a very welcoming and attentive staff. The room was very nice, clean, bright and had comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was more than adequate. They also had parking on property, which was super convenient. Location is great: near eateries and grocery stores and yes...the hot springs. "The room was great and everything the description said it would be. I only have it a 3 star rating because the walls are thin and so is the floor. I could hear everything above and below me. There were kids who thought the place belonged to them. They were up at 6am running up and down the stairs two mornings in a row. Nothing like being on vacation and woken up every morning by you neighbors. The only way to complain about the issue was through Whatsapp as there is no one from the hotel...
