「Staff was very helpful and spoke great English. Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. Location was a little awkward to get to and awkward to get out of but that’s also what Ponta Delgada is like. bed was very comfortable. Washroom was clean.」

「This hotel is a hidden gem. It’s about four minutes from the airport and very quiet. The staff were incredibly kind. The villa was spotless, and we slept like a dream. Breakfast was delivered to the villa and it was very good. We also went to see the horses, it was fun. 」

「Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good everyday. Eggs, ham, bacon and delicious cheese. Good coffee and juice.
Some rooms were quite small but adequate. We moved to a larger room mid week with no problem. It was nice to be in a more traditional old house. Very central to everything. We had no issues with parking in front of the hotel. Graca who was there everyday was lovely. The owner was very responsive to messages on what's app. Would highly recommend.」

「I just love this Hotel. It is my second time here. Hotel Talisman is a must when visiting Ponta Delgada. Beautiful, lots of charakter, best Breakfast buffet, great stuff, wonderful rooms and the roof pool is spectacular.」

「Clean and comfortable room in a good location. Nice pillows and linens. The thin spring-style mattresses in the twin room seem due to be updated. The hotel itself was very quiet for a Saturday night however a building or car alarm in a nearby street sounded all night long. Odd that police or security could not have put an end to it for the benefit of guests in this hotel, the nearby hotel and really the entire neighbourhood. 」
