Both the facility and service of the hotel are very poor. The carpet of the room is also very dirty and worn out. Should never book this hotel and strongly do not recommend it to anyone.

Biggest problem was the language barrier. Nobody speaks English at the reception. Chinese breakfast, not so many choices. We didn't used the breakfast service after the first day, anymore. Room was ok, big enough and clean.

Boka Inte! (De ljuger om att det finns pool m.m)

I informationen om hotellet står det att det finns en pool. När man checkat in (och betalat i förskott), så säger de att det inte finns en pool! En pool ör ganska viktig på en badsemester med barn. Servicen är när i övrigt direkt dålig. En enda person i personalen kan lite engelska (och han var inte trevlig). Frukosten består av dim-sum och te, och inget annat (inte ens ett glas vatten till barnen gick att få). Hotellet är i övrigt mycket slitet. Boka inte detta usla hotell.

酒店除了位置方便吃飯，沒其它好的

也沒酒店巴士接送，入住登記辦理的超級慢，服務人員完全沒笑臉，早餐卷還得天天早上下一樓櫃檯領取，早餐明明我訂的是歐陸早餐，結果吃的是粵式點心，還要限量，一人只能拿一葷一素，點心難吃，雞蛋也只能拿一個，咖啡喝了像洗壺水，茶喝了苦的要命，真是一早情緒就特糟，房間小，每天整理的不夠清潔，杯子用過的也不換洗，要離開時請櫃台幫忙叫個的士，竟然說沒這服務，讓我們自己去攔車，真是被氣死，我總共是住了七天，感覺真是浪費錢啊！
