性价比很高的酒店

性价比很高的酒店，适合二人世界或者个人度假，很安静，有种置身国外的感觉，虽然酒店房间不少，但是看不到什么人。泳池不大，不过颜值还是有的。离大东海市区也不是很远，比较方便。相比亚龙湾来说就安静不少。

酒店员工的服务态度非常的好，也很周到。就是酒店外面的沙滩在傍晚的时候非常多蚊子，也有一些闲杂人等问你是否需要买房。。。同时入夜以后，沙滩那边没有足够的照明措施指引回酒店，差点迷路。。。

非常舒适的一次体验，服务也算得上国内酒店中的佼佼者，唯一不足是酒店的位置出门不是很方便，早餐的款式也比较单一，酒店的服务是真的好！

空港送迎を頼む際にメールで詳細知らせたにも関わず、申込書にほぼ同じ内容を記載して送ってほしいとメールがあったり。申込書は編集できないPDFでの添付。支払もチェックインorアウト時にすると伝えたのにクレジットカードのカードをコピーして送ってほしい等、宿泊日ギリギリまで数通にも渡るメールで旅行の楽しみが半減してしまいました。 ホテルには4泊しましたが、シーツは1度も変えられず。トイレのゴミはそのまま。 5つ星のホテルに泊まれると楽しみにしていましたが、今まで利用していたホテルの方がホスピタリティが感じられました。 朝食バイキングやオーシャンビューの景色は良かったです。

A Place not My Style.

Frankly speaking, this Sanya resort is the worst Anantara I've been to. The breakfast was poor, the property is so small, and the only thing remind me that it's an Anantara is the fragrance. But also, comparatively, it's also the cheapest I've been to. So consider the price and value, maybe it's still better than some of the other brands.

Comfortable and relaxing

The room, pool area and restaurants were all great. Friendly and service minded personnel. The restaurants always had at least one waiter with some knowledge of English, and the reception had fluent English speakers.

Beautiful hotel but poor beach.

Glad we got breakfast included, otherwise we would have starved. Nowhere nearby to eat; nothing to do. We were ok with that though as we really just wanted to relax. Could not go in the pool as the water was too cold; beach is full of coral and too rough. --

酒店服务还是可以的，早餐也不错。但是硬件比较老旧，马桶经常堵塞，洗澡水忽冷忽热，电视机遥控多个按钮失灵。周边没什么玩的，酒店外从早上到傍晚都是拍婚纱照的，吃东西不是很方便但是隔壁洲际有几家餐厅还可以。第一次在Hotels.com预定国内的酒店，但是酒店和网站均拒绝开具发票，无论Booking、Agoda还是携程、阿里旅行均没碰到过这样的情况。已经举报至国家国税局，并且不会再使用Hotels.com这样的无良公司。

靠近海灘

靠近海灘但沒有水上活動。必須乘車往西島或洖支洲島才有水上活動。泳池不清潔，有沙，小石。水濁。 職員有禮有耐性。很友善 (除了那個印度藉的）

服务还有很大的欠缺

作为顶级的泰国酒店连锁，其酒店环境和SPA都很好。但服务的细节不好。1是作为海边的度假酒店，房间的保险箱应该是使用很频繁的设备，入住的2间房间，一间房间进房，保险箱就没有电池；另外一间更搞笑，贵重物品锁进保险箱后，就没有电池了。连续两次请服务人员找人更换保险箱电池，耽误了去沙滩和游泳的时间，所有服务人员连句SORRY都没有。2是作为顶级酒店，客房的浴巾已经边上脱线了，都还没有更换，给客人感觉整个洗漱用品不干净。

リゾートを満喫するにはとても良いホテルです

タイ資本のリゾートホテルで他の外資系ホテルと比べてもリゾート感があると思います。 ホテルスタッフも皆対応がよく、快適に過ごせました。 SPAがあり、２度利用しましたが、こちらも非常に快適でした。

Service was good at this hotel and they have a convenient shuttle service to town. My only dislike, is that there are many families with kids staying at this hotel with lots of kids running around. So, if your looking for peace and quiet at breakfast or by the pool, don't expect it.

A luxury hotel

A very best hotel i stayed for my trip. Service was excellent and we love the design of the hotel and the room was very comfortable, better than what we expected. Not only with great view but also the great restaurants. I love the Thai restaurant.

bloody awful

absolute awful, the service was terrible first of all when we arrive the receptionist tried to up sell me to a better room and i refused, she gave me the most horrible face of all time. in the room the center of the bed was dented and when i approached the reception she told me if i want a wooden board to cover it. then they told me that the next day morning there is a tour we can go so we know all the features and facility in the hotel, and the person who took us around was a sales of the membership club, when i ask for the membership fee, she told me there is no point to ask for the price if we are price sensitive, then i refused to purchase the membership and she said to us we are wasting her time. I've complained this matter to the GM and he told me he is going to give me a feedback, but until i checked out i saw no sign of any feedback giving by the gm or the hotel, the GM even refused to pass me his name card because he said the membership program is not under this management, this is the worst hotel i've ever stayed in my life

十分滿意的酒店

酒店環境很好，服務也很周到。沙灘，泳池，餐廳全都很乾淨。很滿意的一次住宿。而且還有免費的穿梭巴士到市中心，要去遊玩都很方便。沒有可以挑剔的地方了

great holiday experience

like other resorts, we have been provided all we needed and something we were not expected. This resort is in a location that not within other peak travel area so for a peaceful family escape would be perfect. Staff is helpful too. Would be interested to see their villa for our next trip.

环境非常好

酒店环境特别好，服务也特别好，非常安静。沙滩一般、没有三亚湾和亚龙湾的好，所以人也特别少。酒店唯一的缺点就是酒店的Wi-Fi太差了，几乎几分钟就要手动连接一下，每次还要求输入登录名喝密码，真的崩溃了！

Little getaway from the city

The hotel is nice enough and deserves the star rating. The staff doesn't speak much English so the usual translation issues arise - meaning if you want extra milk with your coffee you better learn how to say this in Chinese. Overall the staff is helpful and nice. The food is just ok and we did not have one meal that we felt overwhelmed with. Its also very pricey. Expect the same prices at the Intercontinental next door. Even the buffet dinner was just ok. The breakfast buffet was nice and there are plenty of choices. My only complaint (as a German) would be that there was only ever two types of bread to choose from. And no, banana bread is not a bread. The beach near the hotel is disappointing. It was very dirty and there was a lot of rubbish so we decided not to swim there at all. I wanted to try the Spa but felt that it was ways to expensive so I probably would have not been able to relax knowing that a minute is costing me $5 AUD. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and it was a short break from the city.

酒店沙滩小巧安静极好

1.酒店规模不太大，但比洲际酒店安静多了，酒店泳池很小，没有恒温配置。 2.水疗客房，舒适度极佳，宽敞。好视野，床的软硬度极好。 3.酒店沙滩小巧安静极好，连接洲际酒店，整体不错除亚龙湾外很好的第二选择。 4.客房提供简易全自动煮咖啡机，可惜酒店称无法提供咖啡胶囊使用，酒店的解释显然管理不尽理想。 不如提供冲泡咖啡包不放设备给住客感受来的好些。 5.工作人员配置不足，影响服务质量。入住登记很慢等很久，近40分种（在只有两个住客登记的情 况下），也没有行李员。其他方面都很好。

Relaxing and recharged

We had pleasant contact with the majority of staff and met some very warm and helpful individuals in the restaurants, house cleaning and lobby. However if there is a improvement required, its related to the children's activities that were advertised in the half hour slots in which staff can be more proactive to lead this. Basically the staff here is not as good?? When we registered for the various classes such as face painting for our 2 boys, we thought staff would help and teach them. But it was literally, here's the crayons, you guys do it yourself! If its simply like this, no need to do these children's activities in designated slots but available for parents to use anytime then? Other times, the activities did not go ahead because there were not enough children. Well again, please don't advertised such classes in the first place then! This is the reason why the hotel staff and facilities has been rated 4..

1st Time in Sanya

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days, it was our first time in Sanya. It was low season during our stay, so the hotel was not packed. If you are looking for moment of silence, this is the place! Most staffs are capable to communicate in English and service is just excellent! The swimming pool is fascinating, there is also a shared beach with Intercontinental Hotel, but there are many large stones at the sea bottom which I decided to return to the pool.
