"Awesome service"

"This was a gem in the forest. After the Uber driver dead-ended in a dirt parking area surrounded by a dense bamboo trees we had our doubts we were in the right place. A very short correction we were at a gate to a very nice roomy parking area and a nice new looking building with a very pleasant entry. From the start we were blown away by how nice this 68 room hotel was. Nestled at the entry to a park with pretty views of the city and mountain hiking trails. It was modern roomy and very clean. A variety of refreshments were available from the cooler display in the lobby. ATM, vending and water and ice were available. Obviously set up as a family hotel and a great base cap for recreational hiking this hotel was really great. There were two of us on this trip delivering an airplane to Tainan. We had two quad rooms each having a separate sitting and kids play area. The play area had a kids slide and large Lego blocks to play with. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean, modern and very roomy. The shower area was great. Could have got 10 people in there. Hot water a dry stone in the middle of the shower so you were in standing water. Breakfast was in a large dinning area with a separate restaurant on the second floor for dinner. I think I will plan this hotel for a three day hiking destination in the future. We had a very pleasant stay."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and although I was staying alone, the space provided was sufficient for up to three guests. Overall, the experience was good. However, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, likely due to humidity."

"Service is great and staffs are very friendly. Service is one of the best Sheraton I have stayed around the world. Room and linens are clean. Bathroom is big enough but the arrangement can be better, a minor design issue. Location is in North Hsinchu which is far from the old Hsinchu downtown. Having visited Hsinchu many times over the last 18 years, I think this is the best hotel overall in Hsinchu and Ambassador hotel, located in the old downtown Hsinchu, being second best. "
