the owner is a truly wonderful person. they'll help you out with any issues you have, super communicative and will respond quickly on whatsapp. the rooms are well furnished with a hot plate and all other things needed to make your own breakfast. super clear super well decorated, right next to the beach and all the fun spots. have a great time here !

Zacharakis was the perfect location for visiting Santorini. It was close to the main strip, but just out of the way. Lots of convenient places to grab groceries and whatever we needed were easily walkable. The staff were great and helped us with all of our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room with all the necessities for our one night stay. It’s very claps to the promenade by the beach with lots of restaurant options and great beach location. Bathroom is very small and shower super small. Bed was not comfortable but it was fine for one night. Price was very competitive. No complaints.

Dejligt og hyggeligt lille hotel, venlige og søde værter. Hotellet er i typisk græsk stand 😉, pænt og rent værelse, dårlige madrasse hvor fjederne kunne mærkes tydeligt igennem! Desværre gik strømmen 3 gange i den uge vi var der ( 1-2 timer) Men det vel en del af oplevelsen 😃 Så fint med pool på taget som vi brugte flere gange. Meget lyt på værelserne, en del gæster tog ikke hensyn om natten når de sad ude på balkonen og snakkede. Pris venligt hotel, med katte og hund :) 🐈🐕

Arrived after the flight tired thirsty hungry , we met the owner a very nice proud man of his hotel . Unfortunately he had no empathy with our situation and thought it was much more important to machine gun us with facts about Santorini, sadly as all we craved was a cold drink and some food we glazed over . I tried to explain my daughter was tired hungry thirsty but he told us we must listen it’s very important!! He lost us then so we moved the next morning . The room was a pain to get to through the hotel up lots of steps !! He took us there and watched while we struggled with our luggage not great !!!

The room is very nice with a great kitchen set up. From the balcony you can see the beach. It is in a great location with quick walk to beach, public transportation, supermarket and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and had provided all necessary information on the whole island. Wifi was great and a roof top pool.. Would stay here again.
