The unique part was the rooms (cave style) and spacious. The breakfast was buffet and traditional Greek style. The hot tub was clean and quite enjoyable. Room 222 is the best in my opinion. The view of the Sunset and the sea is perfect and spectacular. I would highly recommend this charming and romantic hotel.

The property is right in the heart of Oia and the views are breathtaking. Great set up with the hottub on the lower level and balcony up top. This allow us to stay at the property and enjoy the views from there.

We were super impressed with the location/view and service, absolutely stunning. Nicos was a wonderful host and all the other staff were friendly as well. The villa and rooms are a third of the way down the hill to the harbour below. This was not a problem for us as it added charm, but if you have difficulty with stairs this should be a consideration. We are definitely planning on coming back to Oia Mare again.

The staff were extremely gracious and accommodating, from the porter who carried our luggage over many steps to the front desk, who provided wonderful recommendations for restaurants and a catamaran excursion. We loved watching the sunset from our patio and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub

Travellers must be aware of the accessibility challenges to get to the hotel. If travellers are wheel chair bound, this hotel would not be a hotel to book.

The Oia Mare Villas were incredible! The room, built on the cliffs and with views of the spectacular sunset were clean, well appointed and unique. The staff were so pleasant and helpful and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was lovely and we would absolutely stay here again. Beware of the many many steps up and down getting to and from the hotel. Not good for anyone who cannot walk well or do stairs. LOVED this hotel!!

Our stay at Oia Mare Villas was absolutely incredible! From the breathtaking views and beautiful accommodations to the wonderful amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. Most importantly, the staff was AMAZING and truly made our experience unforgettable! Everyone went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed, from arranging car rentals to helping us celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday with a beautiful flower arrangement and wine waiting in our room upon check-in. A special shoutout to the outstanding porter, who carried our suitcases through the steep stairs leading to the hotel. Given that the property is only accessible by stairs, his help was greatly appreciated! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of beautiful Oia, with so much to explore within walking distance. There are countless wonderful restaurants nearby, but for a special evening or upscale dining experience, we highly recommend Oia Gefsis. It was SUPERB! Between the spectacular views, incredible hospitality, and perfect location, we couldn’t have asked for a more memorable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Oia Mare Villas!
