From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by the staff and continued until we left. We felt very pampered from the generous room upgrade, delicious included breakfast and kind service throughout our visit. Pleasant hotel, beautiful views /scenery, clean and comfortable. Location is excellent. Staff helpful and attentive. Housekeeping was a bit lax and there is no turn down service. Breakfast was fresh and beautiful. Parking is a bit of a nightmare so be aware if you rent a car. However that’s the same for most of the island!

The Perfect Vacation Place!

Kapari Natural Resort is amazing. The room was unique and way more spacious than expected. It was almost like a whole house to ourselves! The cute blue gate and front patio were perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. The sauna, jacuzzi, and double showers were a great way to warm up in the evening. Kapari Wine Restaurant was top-notch and the wait staff were so knowledgeable and professional. The front desk staff were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful room with private hot tub, great air conditioning system and kept in beautiful condition throughout our stay. The staff were so kind and nothing was too much trouble, bringing us fruit and wine on arrival to our room, and even providing us with coffees while we waited for the room to be ready (we arrived far earlier than the check in time). Service was quick and efficient, and we really enjoyed the 7 course dinner we had at the hotel. The food was incomparable and the staff again made us feel comfortable and as though nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for the most memorable stay.

The caldera/ocean view was amazing. The area around the resort was also not as crowded as Oia or Fira. The service was also great!

Great hotel, superb sunset view

Great hotel and top of the line service. Breakfast was delicious and offered varieties. One minus is that the ad on Hotels.com made it look like we had a private terrace with hot tub and sumbeds. Then it turned out this was a shared area with two other rooms.
