The view was amazing as was the hot tub. No real staff presence apart from the cleaner. Room in need of some TLC but still very nice. Misleading facilities stated, as there is no pool at the complex and although I paid for bed breakfast they insisted it was room only. Other than that a fantastic holiday and Firostefani is a real gem. Much quiter than Fira and only a 10 minute walk away.

Great little hotel with amazing views

Enjoyable short stay. This hotel is clean and comfortable with amazing views. Mike is very helpful and he came to meet us and showed us to our room. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast included in the room price was delivered to the room was a nice added touch.

Very nice beautiful super clean, and they were super nice they surprised us with beautiful balloons, a heart pillow, and wine after finding out we are on our honeymoon. amazing breakfast included. The hot tub in each room was a super plus with the view. will be visiting again and staying in the same hotel. Just hard to find.

Great stay. The included breakfast was not good. First day was great. Good pastries & eggs. Everyday after got worse. One day was Caesar salad wrap at 8am. Everything else about property was perfect.

Housekeeper and receptionist were very friendly and helpful. They served breakfast every morning. Rooms are spacious and clean. Suites are located in the center of firostefini, which is about 15 mins walk to Fira. Yet, there is no portering service from this suite, you have to take your luggages on your own. Receptionist cannot provide much information about traffic in Santorini. Also, there were quite a lot of small inserts flying around the pool or even into the pool.

Driver drop us off on the street told us up the steeps when we get up the steep it’s left or right he didn’t say so we looked for about 20 mins couldn’t find the place was no instructions emailed to us had to look for the phone number to call someone because there wasn’t any to meet us someone did pick up the phone and she was trying to guide us so we went from the street and started over and was able to find the hotel took a while and plenty of steeps was told that she had to be at another hotel

The property is close to transportation, restaurants, view is amazing, private and not toooo many steps. The night view of the Caldera is breathtaking. Ioanna (Manager) was exceptional!!! She helped with any questions I may have. The resort problems was it sure does need some mainatanance and upkeeping. I had the insuite pool but the pool filtration system made noise entire night and day where we could not even sleep. The bathroom floor had molds, the outdoor patio had ants every where. The house cleaning had mop the floor one day while our stay of 6 days. They need to do frequent cleaning. We had little kitchenette but had to keep on asking for refills for coffee, milk. I would assume if I had paid big bucks, this should be automatically done. Not sure. First time in Santorini. We had to ask for water refill (1 bottle given by the resort, received 2 bottle for the entire stay). I had to changed the kitchen and bathroom garbage couple of times on my own because housekeeping was not making their daily rounds. I would always message Ioanna to have someone come the following day to give or do what needed to be done. We had plates, bowls, and utensils so you can bring your dinner or lunch and have it in the suite. There's no option for room service because the staff leaves after 6. It is a beautiful location to stay, but for sure, needs upkeeping and more available staff.

2월 비수기에 이용했습니다. 사장님도 너무 친절하셨고 체크인 시간보다 좀 일찍 갔지만 개의치 않고 체크인 해주셨어요 :) 자쿠지를 이용하기에는 좀 추워서 아쉽지만 이용하지 못했네요. 문열고 나가면 풍경도 너무 아름다웠어요. 주차장은 바로 길건너에 넉넉하게 큰 주차장있습니다! 전체적으로 대만족이에요~

~Ioanna Oikonomi took care of everything. Shes the best care taker we we ever got. She was pro active on whatsapp. Even before our arrival she contacted us to arrange for taxi from airport and made our checkin so smooth. Not only that she took great care of us during whole stay she was only a whatsapp text away. Property was super clean with great view. Its very approachable to all the restaurants and basic amenities. It was right in center of Fira.

Lovely rooms with fantastic views. 10-15 min walk to centre of Fira. Friendly staff from receptionist to hotel services. Room itself is lovely with two showers and spacious. Very comfortable inside. Major disappointment was that 5 out of 7 Jacuzzis at the hotel was not working. This was not communicated prior to travel to us or other guests who arrived after us. The manager tried to make up for it with free transfer back to airport, 60 euros dinner at their restaurant and 5-hour semi-private cruise for us. Although we appreciated this, felt it did spoil the stay at Exclusive suites. Also note breakfast is basic – rolls, pasties, biscuits, eggs, olives, feta, salad, carton juices and Tassimo hot drinks. Couple of communication issues from the reception e.g time of taxi pick-up to cruise / airport. If quality of breakfast and jacuzzi is very important to you then you may be disappointed so check with hotel prior to travel. Hopefully all fixed now.

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l'Exclusive Plan Suites. La chambre était spacieuse avec une vue incroyable sur la caldeira. Le jacuzzi était chaud! Très bien situé pour aller dans le centre de Fira à pied. Nikos à la réception est très serviable et a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Le rapport qualité /prix est très bon.

Il posto è molto bello, ben tenuto con una vista sulla caldera meravigliosa. All'esterno trovi una vasca idromassaggio piccola, ma gradevole da utilizzare al mattino, al tramonto o dopo una lunga passeggiata per rilassarsi. All'interno della stanza è possibile trovare anche una piccola zona cucina, dotata di microonde, spremiagrumi, macchinetta caffè e bollitore. La colazione viene portata direttamente in stanza con un'ampia possibilità di scelta. Niko alla reception è un plus, super disponibile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti, ogni problema viene risolto con gentilezza e rapidità.
