Do not stay here. We could not find the place. Comunication was poor. Once we arrived the place was not clean and looked like sheets were not replaced. The room smelled of mildew. Tried to reach out. No response. Not private. We ended up leaving and booking much nicer place. They never got back to us.

I can't even describe what a health hazard this place is..I implore anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere. It is horrendous. Full of black mould. Feces on toilet. Blood on walls and towels. It's a house of horrors.

The property never gave check in instructions. Stood around trying to call and message the host with how to check in. Never received any communication. Had to book a different hotel. Hotel refused to refund me for services not rendered. The exterior of the property was dingy and gross. Hot tubs looked dirty and ill kept, broken steps on the property as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Also the location is not accurate when searching through apple maps. Worst property I have ever booked. Unsure how this place is still in operation. Complete scam since services not received.

I had a wonderful experience here. A huge thanks to Sardi for his professional and friendly assistance, especially with the late-night check-in and airport transportation. The luggage storage service was also very convenient and handled with a smile. Everything was smooth and professional. I’m very happy with my choice!

Extremely dissatisfied, location spectacular, room was disgusting. Door handles corroded as well as everything metal in room. Sheets and pillowcases had stains, mattress dirty. Room stunk like mildew. Part of the ceiling on outside of room literally fell rocks while I was sitting outside...big rocks could have killed me. All Hottubs were dirty

Don't stay here, first of all I hadn't heard from the manager or who ever he is. I sent a message 2 days before ( crickets) I finally had to call the day we were to arrive. No transfer was offered, no directions to hotel, no NAME on the hotel. It's a good thing we know the area. Called again to find out what room and where the keys was. Hot tubs were filthy never cleaned during our stay. Bed bugs, bathroom was discussing. Never met the man named Mohammed who was our contact. Patio and tables were never wiped down. This is the first time I've ever given a bad review. I think the Santorini health board should take a look at this place. While we were there was a couple who had come in and discovered that their bed was never changed just remade. THEY LEFT RIGHT AWAY. The only thing that was great was the view of the Caldera.

Communication was so good! A read a few bad reviews online and was a bit worried for when I was to arrive with my family. I got a hold of Mahammed and he was on it right away +30 697 820 4602. Our room was clean and was right on the cliff with a great view of the water. The room was clean and he even helped bring all of our stuff to the room. We got to the island early and kept our luggage at the other hotels front desk. Yes you have to walk up with your luggage but that’s just like any other suite here. If you have mobility issues I wouldn’t say booking in this town wouldn’t be a good idea. Don’t believe the last 2 reviews as there was bad weather and some construction going on. It’s perfect for a few days. Thanks for making sure our transfer to the hotel was great

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. There was no help finding it to check in. The place is putrid mouldy and smells. The towels were discoloured and no soap. No blanket. They ignore your messages and even if you can get a message back it is unlikely they will turn up. We resorted to grabbing a cleaner who spoke no English to grab some towels that were in some way hygienic. Hot tub water is not tested and is gross. We got so sick of trying to call these people and being ignored that I actually called the Tourist Police after two days living in that filth. The Police attended and used the number we were trying to contact these people with. Amazingly the hotel people actually answered. We got confirmation that they understood we were cancelling the rest of our stay, expecting a refund for the balance of our stay (3 more nights) and moved out immediately. This took us two days to achieve as we had spoken to other people staying there who were having the same problem. We were informed that they couldn’t leave either for fear of losing any chance of a refund. Two other couples that also had booked a room whilst we were there also left same day for the same reasons. I took this up with Expedia from the moment we arrived to be told there was nothing they could do to help with our booking as the manager of the hotel was neither taking their calls or returning their emails. All in all an absolute first class example of what incompetency looks like across all levels.

Best location in Fira!

We extremely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Couldn't have been more pleased with the location. Great views of caldera right from the balcony while sipping coffee, nothing gets better than that. In the evenings, just have to walk just 20 meters up the road to get one of the best night time views of Fira. It was bit hard to find the hotel when we first came, especially with no hotel sign on the property. Property is bit old but still pretty comfortable, no complaints. Host Danae was very helpful and accessible via Whatsapp. Overall, a great place to stay in Fira.

Ubicación excelente Cama bien Tamaño pieza chica pero no mala Toallas no se si están duras por el agua en Santorini pero eran unas lijas Y Danae maravillosa host muy agradable simpática preocupada atenta !! En general bien recomendable El tema de la privacidad parece no importar mucho en la isla , se ven todas las piezas y jacuzzis de todos . Falta que pongan cafe,te y agua en las piezas . 100%

The room lists private hot tub, however unless you are in the end unit you have no privacy as you are in front of a main walkway to a restaurant. I booked the superior suite which looking at the photos would have lots of natural light and open views to the Caldera - it does not! It has 2 hallways once you enter the unit which leads to a room that has no windows or natural light whatsoever, it’s like being in a cave and I found it dreadfully depressing to be in. The T.V also didn’t work for 2 days which I wanted to have on so I could have some noise in the background so the room didn’t feel so cold and echoey. The bed however was comfy and Danae the host was very attentive and lovely. Great location close to everything. Just note superior suite is not superior.
