Maria and staff were great hosts. They made our stay very enjoyable. When we requested any early breakfast for a tour excursion, they did not hesitate to make it happen. The SEA room had a fantastic view! We would happily book another stay at this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. If you are ever able to stay here make sure you take it. The staff the views, the rooms are all truly amazing. The hotel well surpassed any of our expectations. Any questions were quickly answered and they were willing to help with all our requests. Definitely a ten out of ten.

Beautiful and peaceful

Peaceful, beautiful away from the crowds, hidden little gem with only 5 suites. Beautiful family run property only a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Wonderful never ending views. Not to be missed. Generous breakfast also provided.

Exceptional stay at Asma Suites! Maria and her father were the best…always helpful and available for any questions or requests. The room and service were outstanding! Breakfast was brought to our room each morning with a most stunning view of the sea and caldera! Oh my, the colors of the sunset from our terrace were indescribable! Housekeeping was kind and kept our room clean! The hot tub at night with the stars above made for some of the best memories of our time in Santorini!

This is one of the greatest properties I have stayed. The owner was very professional, considerate and caring. She also also arranged airport pick and drop-off and a porter to help with our luggage, She checked our reservation and recommended tourist activities that fit our needs and schedule. We are glad that wee took upon her recommendation. The staff was very kind and helpful. They are genuinely happy dedicated to work at this property. This property makes me to visit Santorini again and stay longer. It is a property that we make you feel totally relaxed.

Asma Suites

Our host, Maria, kept in touch even before our trip and was available by WhatsApp when the reception office was closed. She was very gracious about accommodating our request to extend our stay when an unexpected issue arose (air traffic controller strike that cancelled our return flight from Thira to Athens). The hotel grounds and our room was very clean and had a small area where we could eat our breakfast or take-out food. Loved the hot tub with a view of the caldera. Having breakfast included meant less hassles finding a place early in the morning. The hotel was right in the center of Fira, with great views of the caldera and an easy walk to the restaurants and stores. Overall, a relaxing stay in Santorini.

This property is excellent - essentially a multi-room B&B, each with a separate entrance. Maria, the manager, and her father were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely ask Maria for assistance in arranging local tours (in advance!) if you are not familiar with the island. There is a beautiful view of the caldera. Note though, the facility is down a long path with quite a few steps - it would not be a good choice for someone in a wheelchair or who has difficulty walking.

The property was small and just remote enough to feel secluded but just a short walk up to the shops, entertainment and meals. The view was amazing and it was sooo unique. The breakfast was fresh each morning and the staff was very accommodating.

The small complex made it feel like a very personal and personable experience. The staff was wonderful! The hot tub was lovely on the cool nights. Very clean with wine and water provided. It is about a 5 minute walk to the main walk area in Fira.

Amazing place!!!!

Maria and her father Mr Yannis were great!!! They were so helpful with restaurant recommendations and transportation to and from the airport. Breakfast was included with our stay. And it was wonderful. I can't imagine staying with nicer people!!! And I've traveled the world!!!

We loved our stay. All staff amazing, carrying our luggage down the steep steps and back was an absolute bonus! Maria booked us a transfer and dinner for the evening as it was busy in high season. She was at our disposable the entire stay. Beautiful breathtaking views over the caldera. Room and balcony area was great. It had everything we needed and much more. Including a hot tub. The suites are in a perfect location; walking distance to the town. My only downfall which is no fault of asma suites that there was a lot of rubbish outside of the entrance.

Ficar em uma das suítes Asma foi realmente uma experiência maravilhosa. A localização é muito boa, bastante perto do centro de Fira, mas longe o suficiente pra ser um local muito calmo, sem barulho dos restaurantes e bares e sem tumulto de turistas por perto. Quarto amplo e com uma limpeza inigualável. Café da manhã excelente, servido por quarto quando solicitado, pode ser tomado do lado de fora, no terraço do quarto, com vista para o vulcão. Possui banheira de hidromassagem exclusiva para o quarto (apesar de não ser privativo ou escondido dos outros quartos, não é possível ver das ruas de Fira, o que é bem comum os demais hotéis). Além disso, são disponibilizados café Nespresso e vinho branco que repostos todos os dias. Aliás, o vinho branco e o pôr do sol no terraço dá uma excelente combinação. Por fim, a anfitriã Maria e seu pai Yannis foram maravilhosos. Maria nos deu todo apoio e suporte para locar transfer até o aeroporto, e Yannis nos proporcionou ótimo atendimento e o excelente café da manhã diário. Foram dias muito agradáveis que passamos em Santorini, e um dos motivos foi a hospedagem no Asma Suítes.

Maria with Asma Suites is amazing! She made my new wife and I feel like part of the family and was very eager to help with whatever we needed, whether it is was scheduling a sailing excursion, pointing out local sites or recommending a place to have a nice meal. It was extremely helpful to have someone with local knowledge and spoke the language to guide us in our adventure. The suite was very modern and updated, while keeping that small village feel of Santorini. The views from our balcony were absolutely breathe taking, and the service from Maria and her staff were top notch. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! We loved our stay and have already decided that when we return to Santorini we will be staying at Asma Suites again.
