Great place for the price, very cleaned and peaceful. Unfortunately the staff is very rude, when it comes breakfast time we felt so intimidated by the staff constantly looking at your plate just to make sure you are not serving too much food, constantly controlling the amount of food we ate.

Property is located in Finikia which is 15 min from Oia. Half a block from the property there is Finikia restaurant which we visited twice. It has great food items. I recommend the lamb chops and Greek pizza… my daughters had the Greek burger which was very good and the blakava was also awesome. The transportation from airport is around $45 one way.. Santorini is about 20 min from Finikia… the staff was very kind and pool was awesome.

Peaceful location with room for improvement Great location—no need to walk downhill like many places in Finikia. Easy bus access to Oia, but getting back can be tricky since there’s no return bus directly; walking takes about 10 minutes. Receptionist Steve and cleaner Dora were very polite. However, one staff member didn’t speak English and was unhelpful when my son and his girlfriend were denied napkins after breakfast. Reception closes at 6:30 pm; WhatsApp replies were inconsistent. Despite some issues, the sunset views and quiet setting make it a good choice if you prefer to stay away from the crowds.

Hotel is a 5 minute car ride into town and 20 back bc of roads. Nice view of sea, terrace is great, and room is spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. It’s outside of town, and away from crowds.

Met our needs for 4 adults. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy, very basic even by Greek standards. After the first day we skipped breakfast and ate elsewhere. Excellent restaurant next door (Finikas) for breakfast and dinner. Staff arranged transport to/from port without issues.

the property was nice and the staff was friendly. views are stunning and the bus stop is right outside to go up to Oia. maybe install a shower curtain so the water doesn't get everywhere. makes the floor very slippery

Reception team very friendly & accomodating, especially George. Nice room, however it was on the ground floor so we did have ants in room/ bed which was a little uncomfortable & the cleaner leaving the window open during the day - not very security consciuos.

Amazing location close to Oia. Don’t need to go into Oia for sunset as straight out balcony. Staff friendly and place was cute and clean with great bathroom. Pool area clean and peaceful. Only small areas of improvement is breakfast was same every day and felt more like a school lunch. We tired of it by day 3. Also bed could be little more comfortable as since no couch if you’re staying in back gets sore.

Very organised hotel staff contacting me before arrival to arrange transport from the port at a competitive price. Welcoming, informative and friendly on arrival. Room in a good position for the view and the pool. My mistake in believing that the view was into the caldera, it is not, but it's great anyway. Hotel in good position 30 minutes stroll into Oya, far enough to avoid the crowds, even in late September.

The property is nice and clean. Walkable distance to Oia. Swimming pool was good too. The only downfall was the breakfast. It was one of the most boring breakfast I have had ever had in my life. If you are booking the hotel because of breakfast, please avoid. Also, there was no room service and a landline in the room and I had to go all the way to the reception if I needed something. Test it was a good onetime experience.
