Beautiful hotel for the price. Only a 8 minute walk to promenade. Modern, comfortable accommodation. Great breakfast and pool bar food. Could do with more pool sun beds though.

We loved thebstaff, their warm.welcome and the facilities exceeded our expectations. Food was served daily and fresh and the pool was wonderful. Greag cocktails and my mum.and I love our stay. Less than 10 minutes walk from.the beach and lovely little shops and local to the monastary and Pyrgos where we watched the sunset, less busy than Oia and beautiful streets

We have been to the Nine Muses on three occasions now, and we love this hotel. Whilst it is a little less on the beaten track than a lot of the Perissa hotels, it makes it a far more quiet and relaxing holiday for us. We love the walks to the shops, bars, restaurants and beach in the evenings, and coming back to a beautiful beach bar. The rooms are always immaculately clean, and the food is great. We upgraded this year, to have our own private pool and it was amazing. The communal pool has been upgraded and is never so crowded that you cannot have a sun bed if you wish. The staff are so efficient and lovely, which always makes our holidays more special. We would always choose this hotel above others and will be back again soon!

Outstanding

The members of staff were the friendliest I’ve experienced and always addressed us by names. The hotel was very clean and food portions were large. The only downside was that it’s located on the east coast, so you’d get a shorter afternoon.

it's the real dirty hotel i have ever stayed, and staffs there are not so willing to work. the housekeeping was horrible - e.g. they dont change bedding after 2 nights even they claim its there rule; nothing is put in order after they complete house keeping, there are full of flies when we take breakfast etc. too many bad things, worst ever hotel except the location is good - close to the beach

Would not recommend this hotel. The hotel room was extremely dirty and whilst we were shown another room, it was just as bad! The hotel made us sign a document that items outwith the safe were our own responsibility however the safe did not even work! Additionally, no sun loungers available at the pool unless you're up at crack of dawn. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Un Séjour Décevant et Indigne d’un 5 Étoiles

Cet hôtel prétend offrir une expérience 5 étoiles, mais il n’en mérite guère plus que 3. La piscine, non chauffée, est inutilisable, et des odeurs désagréables se répandent partout, rendant l’atmosphère insupportable. Le Wi-Fi est catastrophique, rendant toute activité en ligne impossible. Le petit-déjeuner est tout aussi décevant : jus d’orange non pressé et fruits noyés dans un sirop écoeurant, un niveau de qualité inadmissible. Le personnel est antipathique et peu professionnel. Se faire accueillir par des employés assis est scandaleux, et l’absence de groom pour les bagages laisse les clients abandonnés à eux-mêmes. Les chambres sont vétustes, avec des joints de salle de bain noircis et un entretien médiocre. La localisation, loin de tout, rend les déplacements longs et fastidieux. Au moment du check-out, notre demande de garder la chambre une heure de plus, nécessaire pour voyager avec deux jeunes enfants, a été refusée. L’hôtel a exigé un supplément de plus de 100 euros pour une heure supplémentaire, ce qui est inacceptable. La gestion de la direction est tout simplement déplorable, incapable de répondre aux besoins des clients avec le professionnalisme attendu. En résumé, cet hôtel est une grande déception, loin de mériter ses 5 étoiles.

Très agréable séjour

Hôtel très agréable avec du personnel bienveillant. Très grande piscine mais l’eau reste toujours un peu fraîche, car l’île est toujours un peu ventée. Des petits déjeuners copieux ! Le seul bémol serait le ménage dans les chambres : seulement 2 fois sur 6 jours… Hôtel toutefois très recommandable à proximité de la plage de Perissa.

Arranged an excursion with the front desk whoch gave us wrong pick up time from hotel and missed entire activity for the evening. When pointed out their mistake no effort in trying to make it right until we expressed our displeasure. One of many interactions with misinformation from front staff.

Lovely hotel, it never felt too busy. Soo nice to be able to sleep in late and still get sun loungers by the pool (in August!) Beautiful buildings and nice layout. Food really good. Staff are lovely and super helpful. 5 minute walk to beach and tons of restaurants. All in all a fab holiday. (2 adults, 3 kids aged 12, 16 & 16)

My stay was a mixed bag. The staff was friendly and the food was good. The condo room is listed as having two double beds. There is a double bed in the loft area and two mattresses, that also serve as the sofa cushions, on the main level. These cushions are about 2 inches thick and uncomfortable. The room was hot and it was too hot to sleep in the bed in the loft area. WiFi was very poor and barely worked.

Close to an amazing beach

Good hotel. Great location if you enjoy the beach. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t say this is a 5 star hotel though. Shower and tap are salt water.

Great hotel

My friends and I loved our stay at this hotel. It’s absolutly beautiful. The pool are is huge and the morning breakfast was decent. It’s was about a 5 min walk from black beach and many places to eat and drink. Also near the bus stop to head into town and 8 min from a bakery and super market. The staff was amazing. They were able to accommodate us for extra hours on our last day. We had a two floor room which was amazing. I would stay here again.

9 muses is a short walk to the black sand beach which makes it enjoyable. The facility was BEAUTIFUL and the front desk staff was very nice. The only concerns I had was the WiFi did not work my entire stay and the restaurant waitress was very rude.

Wonderful Couples Hotel

Lovely hotel very friendly staff and wonderful pool area. We did have some trouble with a fridge not working in our room that did take 2 days to replace but this was the only small niggle in what was an otherwise very enjoyable stay!
