「Wonderful house with a lovely garden.」

「It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not...

「Poets24 Apartments enjoys the best possible location in Ely with a large and secure free car park at its rear. The Cathedral is just across the road and everything you need including lunch by the riverside is within easy walking distance. The room was appointed to a high standard and the large walk-in shower was exceptional. The facilities at the Poets Hotel are just a minute up the road and a great cafe is virtually next door. The hotel staff are delightful, the bacon butty standout and...

「This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it.」

「The property is located in a lovely, quiet village. The management company assisted us with the check-in as this was extremely vague. Would stay at this place again.」
