「Good place pretty close to train station. Easy walk to train and central Florence. Plenty of room for family of 4. Neighborhood was safe but not much activity. Nice little balcony overlooking courtyard. Washer was convenient. 」

「Very spacious and they provide things in the kitchen like salt, sugar, oil, and dishwashing liquid and sponge. Amenities are complete. Feels like home with a nice view of the city from the balcony.」

「I did not see anyone/ employees. I did not know how to get open front door. Another guest told me to use QR code. Luckily my phone works in Florence, the first time (to get second floor access). When I called the hotel again, to reach an employee, my call did not go through. I tried to call via the website and using country code, no luck. I wish I had known prior, about how to access entry into the hotel.」

「I’m thankful we did it. What an amazing place for our Florence and Tuscany trip. Yo will have the best luxury apartment for your vacations. We stayed 1 week for our wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday. This place is a gem! The staff were incredible. We felt like in a resort. It’s totally new, the bed super comfortable; the room is super big. Elevators, bath towels, etc. just do it, don’t hesitate. 」
