A Superb Experience

The relais is a stunning property. They have maintained the charm of the vintage property but provided all of the creature comforts of a five star first class hotel with the service to match. The staff did everything to make our short stay a memorable one. We hope to return again next year.

The hidden jam of Piemonte

Exceptional place very beautiful and calm. The staff is amaizing and very helpful. The place is full of history. Spa staff very nice and attentive to details. A lot of walking paths and you can enjoy the nature and silence. Ideal place for couples that want to rest from noisy and crowded cities. One negative point that i did not like is the isolation of rooms, noisy when people walk around or when cleaning rooms. In the afternoon when is siesta time.

Ok ma non TOP come un 5 stelle

La location è unica nel suo genere, panorama mozzafiato e buon cibo. Dettagli non curati negli spazi comuni all'interno della struttura, personale al bar molto gentile ma non all'altezza di un 5 stelle, così come al bistrot. Altra storia invece per il ristorante da Guido. Materasso scomodissimo. Colazione buona ma non eccellente, termina alle 10:30, 10:35 già sgomberano tutto spazzatura inclusa. Suggeriamo di allungare l'orario visto che gli ospiti scelgono il san maurizio principalmente per il relax e per vivere la struttura stessa.

As good as last time but at twice the price

400 year-old monastery surrounded by steep sided vineyards and breathtaking views. The hotel has a great spa and two restaurants one of which has a Michelin star. the food was very good and the wine list extensive.we very much enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of grumbles. I stayed at this hotel on November 2019 and the accommodation prices have DOUBLED since! Clearly trying to make up for the losses during lockdown. Be prepared to pay high prices for a very small room with no tub.

Bellissima esperienza al Relais San Maurizio

Il soggiorno al San Maurizio regala emozioni indimenticabili..la struttura e' molto bella,il giardino e' curatissimo...particolarmente apprezzabile e' il suo ristorante da Guido,oltre che per la cucina ,per la vista meravigliosa sulle colline che offre. Ci e' piaciuto molto anche l'angolo dell'aperitivo con gli sgabelli posizionati di fronte a un panorama incantevole Molto gradita e' stata anche la possibilita' di restare in piscina ancora qualche ora dopo il check-out

Amazing location

Amazing place with an outstanding location. Can recommend any day! If you have a dog this place is great and very dog friendly! Only note is that the staff in the reception have an unpleasant attitude which is very provocative. But I’ll not let it impact my overall recommendation as I am sure management is working on improving it.
