Muy buen Hotel, en mi habitación el excusado se pasa constantemente el agua, pero no recomiendo los tour a Isla Saona que recomienda el hotel, ya que lamentablemente no esta bien organizado. Al igual recomiendo al Hotel poner que cosas si se cobran y cuales no. Pero muy atento el personal y el hotel ...

This place has real potential but they need to fix a lot of things. During my stay on the 3rd floor the elevator was out of service. Their decor is discarded urban trash. Their European breakfast fare is abysmal… good staff, great location, but a place in need of a lot of TLC
