「From the minute you walk into this hotel you realize you’re not just in a hotel - that this building was meant for something else. As it turns out it’s a refurbished centuries old nobles’ home and you can still this in the layout and materials used in the hotel. Perhaps I should’ve known while booking it, but I didn’t pick that up. Regardless, staying here was a treat and an experience! 」

「We booked our stay for a couple of nights, and upon arrival it took us a while to locate the entrance as it wasn't very clear. 「Our second visit to the hotel, after a short stay in a duplex apartment with friends in September. This time with family in two rooms, but it was still such a great weekend. 「This is a beautiful, peaceful hotel. The rooms are large, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff are wonderful. It would serve perfectly as a retreat and invites meditation. There are no TVs in the rooms, but there's a big TV in a common room. The building also houses artwork and small museums. It's a bit isolated. The restaurant wasn't open the night we were there, but we had a lovely dinner at a restaurant 700 meters away. You can also go to the castle for dinner. The hotel breakfast...
