Friendly Boutique Hotel in City Centre

We stayed here twice at the beginning and end of a trip to Easter Island. Each time, the staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. Both rooms we experienced met expectations and the beds were very comfortable. Street noise was minimal. Breakfast was good. The location is excellent for exploring the neighbourhoods of the city. Recommended!

Small quiet hotel

Small boutique hotel near to sites and park. Welcome drink and breakfast were a plus. We arranged transport through the hotel but we could not find them when we arrived. Ended up taking a taxi and paying for both. Took two hours to claim our luggage and go through customs. Taxi drivers only take Chilean Pasos.

Ein einfaches Hostel. Woher stammen die guten Bewertungen? Laut, da direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen und wenig isoliert. Autos fahren gefühlt durchs Bett. Einrichtung wie im Hostel. Sehr einfaches Frühstück. Zimmerpreis ist in kleinster Weise gerechtfertigt. Kein Gym. Kein Pool. Keine sonstigen Einrichtungen. In der Nähe gibt es großartige Hotels (leider und zu recht ausgebucht)

Nice place

The hotel is located at a very nice neighborhood. It is in the city center yet very quite at night. When we booked the hotel, they told us we may enjoy a few VIP member perks - early check in later check out and complementary drinks. We only got early check-in. The breakfast was delicious. The room was a bit small.

Perfect location for exploring the city

Su Merced was a clean, comfortable, and friendly hotel. The location is in a nice area right across from a park and in a nice part of town. It is on a quiet street so noise wasn't an issue either. It is easy to walk to stores, attractions, and restaurants from here. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Their breakfast is great and the Wi-Fi is fast! I would recommend this hotel to anyone in Santiago!

The staff were excellent! Informed me of everything and were quick to make sure I was happy with everything. Breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable. I will absolutely be staying here again due to the excellent staff. Location was great too!

Small hotel in a great location to explore Lastarria and Bellavista by foot. Staff are very friendly and helpful and spoke English well. We got upgraded to a bigger room which is always lovely. Would definitely recommend.

An amazing stay. Would definitely recommend. We were able to check into our room earlier than expected. Enjoyed our welcome drink. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was accessible to everything. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The breakfast was tasty and just enough. The rasberry juice is a must try. The only thing I wish the hotel did was provide a water bottle for everyday instead of just the first day. Other than that, we would def stay again.

Hotel bom, mas ñ preparado para resolver problemas

A localização do hotel é perfeita, perto da estação de metrô Baquedano e do Pátio Bella Vista. A rua do hotel em si é um pouco barulhenta, mas nada q comprometa muito. Café da manhã razoável,mas enjoativo pra quem vai passar mts dias. Ar condicionado do meu quarto apresentou problemas, tive que chamar um funcionário pra ajeitar em 2 noites. Wi-fi bom. Qnt ao hotel, tive um problema: a porta do quarto é muito pesada e, um dia, ao sair carregando uma mala, a porta fechou e a chave estava na fechadura pelo lado de dentro. O hotel alegou ñ conseguir abrir mais a porta do quarto por eu ter esquecido a chave na fechadura e me cobrou CLP 22.000 (+- R$ 137,50) pois seria necessário trocar a fechadura. Não paguei, pq em nenhum momento fui avisada desse risco. Não achei correto. Como estava de saída para Valparaíso e voltaria dois dias depois, me disseram q resolveriam a situação quando eu voltasse. Ao voltar, tive que fazer novo checkin e me entregaram um "formulário de garantia de reserva en hotel", no qual pediam meus dados pessoais e do cartão de crédito, o que não tinham feito na estadia anterior. Preenchi os números errados de próposito e ainda desabilitei o cartão para uso no exterior, pois sabia q eles iriam tentar cobrar pela fechadura. Perguntei a outros hóspedes se eles haviam recebido esse formulário e todos disseram q não, comprovando a tentativa do hotel em me enganar. Fiquei chateadíssima. Apesar de as instalações serem boas, não indico.

Hotel en buena ubicación y a buen precio

Me gustó el hotel, está en buena ubicación, sin embargo estoy molesto porque en expedia aparecía que tenía aparcamiento, y no era verdad, dejé el carro que había rentado enfrente del hotel y me dejaron una especie de factura en el parabrisas donde decía que no había pagado... lo cual sin duda generó una multa. En el hotel no me supieron explicar lo del aparcamiento y tampoco se hicieron responsables. Una de las decisiones importantes del por qué había escogido este hotel, era por el aparcamiento ya que había rentado un carro, fue muy decepcionante que no fuera correcta la información de la pagina en expedia.

Best boutique hotel in Santiago

Very enjoyable and small. Good privacy but also attention from staff when needed. Hearing my fellow Americans at the other table complain about a dog barking outside and other petty things really brought into perspective how nice the hotel really was and how spoiled and rude we can be. When in SA, just don't act like that and you'll enjoy your time.

This was our pre-Cruise Hotel

We arrived here early Feb 10.Staff was gracious and offered us breakfast until room was ready. Claudio at front desk was very helpful, with directions &restaurant info. Hotel has elevator,no parking or pool. It is well located to main streets & access to mass transit & restaurants.Breakfast is ordered night before, with your time of arrival. Room was clean and bed comfortable.Bath/shower was modern. This is a small, 9 unit boutique hotel for those who do not want to stay at a mega-hotel.
