「Everything was so very clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. I’m traveling alone and I felt very safe. 」

「The front desk just give me a room without cleaning. The tip from last customer still there and the stuff on the bed is in a mess. Garbage can is full. They change a new one for me and definitely delayed my time for sleeping since I had driven for 8 hours from New York there to have a good rest and then to start keeping driving to Florida next morning. By the way, it says $16 for the breakfast on EXPEDIA but they charge me $30 for the breakfast at the front desk later. Everything is in disorder.」

「Everything was as stated in ads. Customer service could improve. I think a customer in front of you takes precedence over a phone call. Desk clerk did not even acknowledge 2 people waiting. The phone customer should have been told the situation, other live customers waiting, and then given a choice for a call back or a possible few minutes hold. The desk clerk was polite and friendly enough just needs some etiquette training. 」
