Nossa família ficou hospedada nesse hotel por mais de uma vez, sempre somos muito bem recepcionados. É confortável e bem localizado. Para quem está de passagem pela cidade ou em compras no Uruguai é uma boa opção custo-benefício. Possui garagem segura 24 horas e oferece café da manhã até às 10 horas. Os quartos e o banheiro são grandes. Recomendo.

Bom hotel, mas, as acomodações não são tão boas!

O Hotel é um bom hotel, mas, o quarto tinha um forte cheiro de mofo misturado com falta de limpeza, um cheiro infiltrado nas roupas de cama, colchão e travesseiros. Colchão muito ruim, daqueles que você deita e ele abaixa no meio… Além do que estava em reforma e com muito pó de obra pelo espaço.

Na chegada, não foi encontrada nossa reserva. Fomos acomodados num apto no 3º andar. O hotel não tem elevador. Escadaria perigosa, de difícil acesso para idosos (eu e minha esposa temos 74 anos). Quarto mal iluminado, sem luzes de cabeceira. O banheiro é um desastre, sem exaustor. Chuveiro pior ainda. Pouca água e, ora muito quente, ora muito fria. Cama pequena e desconfortável. O café da manhã à altura do hotel: poucas opções, e de baixa qualidade. E as cadeiras no salão do café: pesadas e causavam grande barulho ao serem arrastadas qdo os hóspedes levantavam ou sentavam. Triste experiência!

Bom lugar pra quem não é exigente

De modo geral, a minha experiência foi OK. O atendimento da recepção foi muito cordial, gentil e prestativo - nota 10. Café da manhã com boa variedade de opções. O hotel possui acomodações simples, sem elevador e estava limpo, fora e dentro do quarto. Tive que fazer uma troca de quarto pois o primeiro estava com ar condicionado com problemas e com a janela com uma fresta no vidro, entrando ar frio. A recepção de canais da televisão pode ser melhor, já que praticamente só foi possível sintonizar os canais uruguaios (precisa investir em antena melhor). O sanitário no banheiro do segundo quarto estava solto.

Insatisfação.

Decepção total. Limpeza do quarto e banheiros satisfatório. Lampadas de cabeceira na parede penduradas pelo fio, uma não funcionava. Café da manhã é péssimo, inacreditável que tenham a capacidade e coragem de servir tal café para os hóspedes, considerei total falta de respeito. No primeiro dia ao pegar uma fatia de pão de forma, parecia de plástico de tão dura. Absolutamente nada para passar no pão, o presunto e o queijo soltos no pão. Nada de pão do dia, NA FRENTE DO HOTEL TEM UMA PADARIA. O bolo tinha pelo menos 2 dias que serviam o mesmo,seco. Um tipo de pastelão, a massa abatumada. O café frio, reclamei e no dia seguinte estava quente. O mamão, acreditem, picado, molengo, sem condições de consumo. Dou os parabéns para o atendimento do seu Osvaldo, recepção, e das 2 moças da limpeza. Não recomendo de forma alguma. É inacreditável o que vi na sala do café, zero de qualidade, absurdo.

Normal para seguir de viaje, limpio y zafa.

El Hotel esta bien, sobre todao para dormir una noche y seguir de viaje, no lo ayuda mucho la fachada, la habitación familiar que me todo era grande, con muebles masomenos modernos pero medio lugubre. Lo malo que las ventanas eran grandes y sin cortinasa black out, para mi indispensable para conciliar un buen descanso. El check in/ check out rapido y sin vueltas, y muy amables las chicas de la recepción. El desayuno brasilero, normal, ni exuberante ni escaso. En resumen, el hotel safa, aunque estimo que podria ser un poco mas economico.
