"Room was not clean after staying for two days.. Aircondition is noisy thatchard to sleep. Staff was not friendly. Missing soap and shampoo and never stop to fill it. Notceven of water bottle was provided. 3/5 Service. Look for better place."

"The property is very nice. The room was lovely and very clean. The location is great. The biggest problem for me was that I walk with a cane due to past cancer, so climbing stairs is very difficult. I was put on the second floor with no other options. There is no elevator, so I wasn’t able to get my things up to my room. I wore myself out trying to get my necessities and medical stuff up the stairs for over an hour. The leaf blower started outside my open side window around 8:00ish. I was the last room at the back of the property. I closed the window, which only diminished the sound a bit. I told them I would checkout at 11:00 a.m. At 9:00 a.m. people started knocking on my door waking me up, then disappearing when I opened it. I took my little dog for a short morning walk, so I put up the Do Not Disturb sign, but someone came in the room while I was out and put the sign back inside. When I returned the staff knocked on my door 3 more times to query did I need housekeeping -was I checking out? I told them I said at 11:00, but a different person knocked each time. I saw them working together cleaning other rooms. It was either poor communication among themselves, or I was gettIng rushed out of there. It made for a very stressful morning. I paid a bunch of money to be exhausted and hassled. I got sick and wasn’t able to arrive for the first night of my 2 night stay. I bought insurance for just such an occasion. Expedia is hard to contact and the insurance says go to Expedia.😩"

"The first room they put us in was dirty and not what I had booked or paid for. There was a blood stain on the fitted sheet. There were two dead spiders on the window shades. The bathroom sink had no cabinet and was on the outside of the bathroom. The shower had no pressure at all. The staff were very helpful and polite. They did communicate quickly. But I had to demand to be moved and they wanted me to then be out of the room from 11-4 but I insisted that didn't happen. This was supposed to be a romantic Anniversary trip turned into engagement but having to fight for the room I booked became stressful. They didn't offer us anything extra the customer service needs to be better. I am very disappointed with this stay. The place needs some work for sure the stairs are also breaking. But the breakfast and staff were great though. "

"Lemon Tree Inn is beautiful place with a lot of trees and a cute patio with a nice restaurant on-site. When came to SNta Barbara for a short getaway for 2 nights! Staff is cordial and room is clean and spacious! A heated pool is a plus and free self parking and wifi. You can also drive a few miles to get to Stearns Wharf and enjoy the shops, food, and bars on State St. We will come back again with our extended family! "

"The bathroom was not entirely clean. The sheets on the bed are very thin, and feel very old, as well as feeling quite rough. The breakfast is average, and coffee below average "

"Booked a room last minute on a road trip. Hotel was great, staff was great and helpful. Overall, if you’re staying in the area I would say this is the best hotel to stay at. "
