The hotel did not have hot water. We wanted to check out and move to sister hotel Tayrona Del Mar. They refused. I walked next door and checked in to Tayrona Del Mar but had to pay for two nights. They refused to move money over. Besides that the rooms were extremely tiny. You can barely walk in the room. The hotel chain is totally uncooperative. We moved to sister hotel. The fair thing would have been to credit our room with money from other hotel. We didn’t move to another hotel chain. It was there hotel. Believe me we travel often and we will never stay at the hotel chain again.

Al llegar al hotel presenciamos que estaban arreglando la piscina lo cual la iba a tener inhabilitada la semana completa que estuviéramos hospedados ahí. Amablemente la host del hotel nos re ubicó en una instalación nueva del hotel por lo que la solución fue rápida (en menos de una hora)
Mi comentario negativo es con respecto al Hotel Tayrona del Mar.
Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente lo cual hizo que tuviéramos retrasos en nuestras actividades ya que la solución NO fué inmediata.
Reportamos esto en la mañana (de nuestro segundo día) y en la noche, ya de vuelta al hotel no lo habían solucionado.
La respuesta del dueño del hotel fue que, este servicio (Agua caliente) era opcional. De todas maneras el termo del agua caliente estaba MALO y este tenia que ser arreglado). La solución que nos daban era ducharnos en otra pieza (esa noche) y durante el día siguiente (3er día) iban a arreglar el problema. No estuvimos dispuestos a entregar otro día mas de nuestras vacaciones ya que si en un día no nos dieron solución menos nos la iban a dar en 2 días.
De manera forzada nos cambiamos de habitación y terminamos la estadía en esa.

The breakfast was extremely disappointing, one protein. One drink. A lot of carbs.
The room was a good size, water was cold but not freezing which is perfect for the sta marta heat. The room had air conditioning that worked well. Internet connection was good and I was on the third floor.
The Check in was disappointing because even though it was at 3pm (I got there at 2 30), they didn't give me a room until 3 40 pm. But God forbid you check out a minute after 12 pm because they'll charge you 50,000 COP.
It was an okay hotel, wouldn't stay here again though.
