Cómodo y económico

Nos hospedamos en el Hotel Coco Beach con mi familia, y en general la experiencia fue agradable: el lugar es bonito, limpio y la atención del personal fue cordial. Sin embargo, tuvimos un inconveniente que afectó un poco nuestra estadía. En la aplicación donde hicimos la reserva decía que el desayuno estaba incluido, pero al llegar nos informaron que no era así. Esto generó una molestia ya que habíamos planeado nuestras comidas contando con ese servicio. Recomendaría al hotel revisar la información publicada en las plataformas de reserva para evitar confusiones a futuro.

Todo estuvo muy bien, pero la administradora o persona a cargo no fue para nada gentil, solo el personal que se encuentraba en las instalaciones que estuvo a cualquier solicitud, muy serviciales. En el momento de hacer la reserva decía que venía desayuno incluido, pero al momento de hace r el check-in la administración dijo que no había desayuno incluido. Eso me pareció una falta de respeto ya que ofrecían algo y final no cumplieron con lo que había en el anuncio de la página.
