I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff at the pool and restaurant were amazing—very friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to Kenzo for his excellent customer service and attention to guests. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

Nice hotel. Very clean, breakfast was great and the staff was accommodating. Only complaint I have is that is was very noisy at night due to the wind. It’s very windy in Santa Marta in December (not sure about other months) because the sliding door glass door to the balcony wouldn’t latch shut. Also, the staff wasn’t very helpful in assisting us with transportation from Santa Marta to Barranquilla. We flew into and out of Barranquilla. Other than that everything was fine.

The only thing i didnt like was there was no hot water in the shower 2 of the 3 days i was there. For the prices there should be hot water, taking a cold shower is not my idea of good accommodation. Otherwise its a fantastic hotel staff and other amenities are first class
