"The staff were well educated about the property and provided lots of information. Mario and Leon from the bar were great. The General Manager (forgot his name) was also very helpful. The temperature outside was 24 at night when it was 32 in Verona everything was wonderful. The mom was a darling. We were so lucky to find that place. We will be back for sure.
