「 A long and bumpy ride up to the lodge. As soon as you check in they force you to pay for breakfast as you are disoriented and tired from the ride. You are told you are not allowed to decide in the morning if you are even hungry. Paid for two for breakfast. In the morning only one could eat breakfast because the other was sick. Asked for a refund for the one, two weeks later never received it compensation. Also Couldn’t even open my balcony door because the outside smell of sewage. Paper thin...

「Große Ferienhaus in mitten der Natur, ca 10 km nördlich von Guayabo mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Was gar nicht funktioniert hat, war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, dadurch über eine Stunde Verspätung beim Einchecken gehabt.」

「L'hôtel est comme à l'abandon. Tant que des travaux ne sont pas faits, ne surtout pas y aller. Nous avons été en février 2026 et avons dû écourter notre séjour tellement c'était horrible. 」

「The property needs to be advertised better . What’s in the photos is not the room I received. The ac is not on and takes a while to cool the bedroom as that’s the only room with ac . The water pressure is not good at all . I couldn’t get my long hair rinsed out . The items included on the welcome package were not included . They only serve pizza at the restaurant at the establishment. My room was not cleaned and I stayed 4 days . Left for breakfast daily and no bed made or garbage removed .」

「Wifi didn’t work we were stranded. The manager only activated to us his personal wifi in the morning at breakfast. The road leading up to the lodge is very tough. The manager offered to guide us but was veryyyyy expensive. Around 300 dollars for 2 days 」

「The host is amazing, and the hostel offers good value even though, on some evenings, there was a power outage and sometimes we didn’t have water at the property. Overall, it's great, and I will definitely come back when we travel here again.」
