The hotel rooms were nice and clean, though the sheets and pillows could use some improvement for better comfort. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. Great location—close to several restaurants, with a Xoxo convenience store right next door. The hotel also has its own restaurant, which is a plus!

Very friendly staff, and a security officer in the plaza to handle pre-checkin bag drops. Rooms are comfortable, and reasonably well appointed.

Es una excelente opción para viajar a Huatulco , tienes a tu disposición muchos servicios tanto de transporte como de comida . Además de tener muy cerca playas y el centro además de restaurantes famosos como el dulce sabor y los tacos de los parados , del aeropuerto está a aproximadamente unos 20 minutos de distancia, pregunté en recepción y si les avisas pueden mandar a un taxista por ti al aeropuerto el costo en el aeropuerto ronda los 1100 pesos mexicanos, el taxista te cobrará aproximadamente 370 pesos mexicanos.

Hay un descontrol total entre las reservaciones con las agencias y el hotel, ya teníamos reservación pagada y llegando al hotel resulta que no, si no pueden o no quieren trabajar con las agencias deberían desafiliarse
