「La comida es deliciosa y todo está céntrico para pasear. El personal es muy amable」

「Affordable rooms if you are passing through. Easy to walk to the lake and vendors, nice view to the volcanos. Breakfast is so delicious! 😋 The staff were so kind and they let me ckeck in earlier then expected after a long trip. I think they can improve the amenities. There should be a couch in the room instead of chairs and some extra blankets for cold weathers.」

「Miguel was extremely helpful when we were navigating the city. Views were incredible!」

「All are good.」

「Mejorar atención en restaurante」

「This hotel is a bit more rustic than perhaps the profile shows. The staff are nice, rooms clean though quite dark, shower water is warm not hot. One important thing to note: if you have mobility issues, this is not the hotel for you. It’s a bit of a walk that tuktuks and cars cannot cover, and uneven stairs up a bit of a hill. They have a jacuzzi but it’s a bit expensive to use (200Qs for an hour).」

「What a gem! The location and the staff and the service were wonderful. Our room was breathtaking and comfortable. The food was good, especially the meat at the restaurant below. And the easy access to the lake and boat rides to local towns was super convenient. Everyone treated us like we were special guests, in a comfortable and good way. We’ll be back someday for sure!」

「I wanted to like this place but the service and attention wasn’t great for its value. I probably wont be going back.」

「Super close to everything. Room was absolutely beautiful. The concert that was there was incredible.」

「Es un hotel bonito, el personal muy amable, tiene habitaciones limpias pero los servicios son los más básicos, y si tiene problemas de bichos y mucho mosquito ojalá mejoren eso」

「Me encantó la vista y el servicio」

「Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, ready upon arrival. Location is very good.」

「Marcela fue muy amable. Gracias」

「This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h」
