「The property is in severe disrepair: broken walkways, dirty walls, and damaged outdoor furniture. Both pools were unusable (cloudy water, mold, rust). The room was in unacceptable condition: dirty floors with dead insects, ants on furniture and bed, broken fixtures, and very poor cleanliness. 「We loved our time at this unique property. We stayed in the family room (which was well-appointed and very clean). The food was delightful and we enjoyed the welcome drinks at check-in since we're Expedia VIPs. The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly attentive. Our kids loved the pool and kayaking on the lake. They also had a cute activity where the kids could pick veggies from their garden and they served them up for breakfast. 「The place is great, clean with a beautiful View. The road to get there is very narrow and uphill so definitely need 4x4 a small car might not make it. The shops are near by which it’s great. I would definitely recommend. 」
