"La habitación que nos tocó dejó que desear. Sí estaba limpia, pero no tenía iluminación natural y nos faltaban toallas y papel higiénico a nuestra llegada.
Lo compensó la excelente atención de su personal. Amables, solícitos y apoyándonos todo el tiempo. El desayuno, aunque era frugal, era muy rico. Sí regresaremos y esperemos soluckonen estos detalles que mencionamos"

"Me cobró de mas. No me dio la habitación con vista a la montaña. La cama no era queen size, eran 2 de una plaza. No me pasó la contraseña del wifi. Le tuve que pedir el control del aire acondicionado. No me dejó guardar una bebida en la heladera. El desayuno autoservicio se paga aparte."
