「We had a fabulous stay at Polaris Hotel. The staff was wonderful and honored our anniversary with a complimentary fruit tray! It was a wonderful touch after my husband’s afternoon at Ascend Spa. He came back refreshed and looking 10 years younger after his Salt stone massage and Upglow facial. We look forward to coming back and spending more time at the hotel, spa and dining!! Loved all of it! But especially the gorgeous mountain views!!」

「The staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed breakfast and the 5:30 kickback. Really takes stress out of finding something to eat. They also accommodated us with a rollaway bed. The room was quiet and restful. I would highly recommend staying here especially for families.」

「Staff were super friendly! Lobby had iced water, and waters were offered upon check in. Room was spacious and clean. Only downside was sink was plugged up and wouldn’t drain, a simple fix I imagine. Great for my family and small children. Breakfast was free and at the most reasonable time! On vacation we’re not early risers; nice to be able to get some rest and come down with breakfast still available. 2nd time staying here, would stay again! 」

「We like how they don't serve the same hot food everyday, which is good for people who are staying for a few days. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Though, towels in the pool area were most of the time out, when you ask the staff for it, they bring them right away. Overall, our stay was great :)」
