「Hotel staff were very nice. Rooms and lobby area were clean. Pool is tiny, and the hot tub was not working and not in any kind of clean condition which sucks and we were not notified ahead of time. Fitness room TINY. Coffee was out at 6:30AM, so not helpful when that is the first thing you come down for in the morning, but staff did quickly fix the issue. Lots of choices for breakfast.」

「The room was very clean and the bed / linens were very comfy. We opted for the room with the balcony so we could have a view of the mountains. It wasn’t a direct view , but more off to the right - still beautiful ! It had a large bathroom with shampoo , conditioner , lotion, body wash , hair dryer , etc. The refrigerator in the room was nice along with the big couch and desk / sitting area. 「I was frustrated to hear about the parking fees at check-in, not when booking. Also, I prefer a paper receipt with charges listed at check out. I was refused and told an email would be issued which hasn't yet arrived, 3 days later. Charges have been billed but no statement explaining them.」

With in a few days the sink in the kitchen was leaking and the toilet over flowed. The maintenance person was awesome and got everything fixed quickly.
