The late-night hotel staff was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL -- I wish I had gotten her name. The room was lovely, breakfast was nice, the surrounding area was very walkable/runnable, and we were minutes from the train station the next morning."

"The first time I’ve stayed in a parador. Secluded and a real experience in the mountains overlooking a lake We had an upgraded room which gave us a wonderful view. Not for you if you want disco and nightlife. Great if you like the outdoors and peace and quiet."

"I really don’t understand why this place gets so many negative reviews. People need to learn how to read and maybe they won’t struggle so much with the checking in lol. I stayed here for 10 days and everything was great! Rooms are luxurious, spacious and clean. Staff are lovely and the location is great! My only down is the pool not being deep enough but other than that I’m very very happy and I’d like to say thanks!"
