「The staff at this Hilton was amazing. Always answered the phone, accommodated a later checkout and we’re unflustered. The building is also beautiful. Would definitely recommend.」

「The property is right off the freeway but road noise isn’t an issue. Also very close to Seacliff State Park/Beach (under a mile). Bikes available at property. Restaurant food was good. Service (we ate there twice) was hit and miss. The waitress today for brunch was not friendly and didn’t check on our party much at all. We had 7 people for Father’s Day / husband’s birthday. 「We love this property. Rainbow, crystal, Gabriele, Chris are part team that make it worth while. Rooms are great, didn’t have it cleaned in three days (not by our choice), the common restrooms during a busy weekend were dirty. They were not properly staffed for the graduations weekend (again, no fault of the bar and serving team), but all in all, if in Santa Cruz, no where better to stay. 」
