Nos encantó el hotel, tuvimos la habitación 51, vistas a la playa genial, amplia y muy limpia, con hervidor de agua, infusiones, minibar… te dejan unos pareos para bajar a la playa. La atención del personal es maravillosa, el desayuno bueno (bufet, te sirven ellos lo que desees, el café del desayuno es delicioso :))la terraza de arriba tenía muy buena pinta pero el clima no acompañó para disfrutarla. Sin duda, volveremos a este hotel y es recomendable 100%.

Nous avons tout aimé lors de notre séjour dans ce petit hôtel tout à fait charmant : le personnel aimable et attentionné, la chambre au 5eme étage très agréable, confortable et vue mer, calme. Het is even zoeken naar een parkeerplek in de ‘witte zone’. Prettige ligging, in de stad, maar niet in de drukte. De premium kamers hebben uitzicht op het strand en de rooftopbar is een aanrader!

Perfect base for exploring the east coast of La Palma. Less than 15 minutes from the airport. Located in the charming streets of Santa Cruz (an afternoon and evening are enough to discover Santa Cruz – without visiting museums, etc.). We had room 41 with a sea view. Wonderful! It had all the necessary amenities. Don’t forget to check out the cozy rooftop bar with a great view. Perfect breakfast. Warm and friendly welcome & communication from the host. Great value for money. Close to an underground parking facility (although it can be full). You can also park for free along the street (in white parking spaces). Keep in mind that Santa Cruz is a hilly town, so carrying a suitcase can be a bit of a workout... But you can choose to get a bit closer by driving through the small streets just before the street where the hotel is located (that street is pedestrian-only). For your information: La Palma is an island known for its delicious fish dishes. However, you can also find great meat dishes in this town, for example at Café Bar Plaza Chica, Restaurante La Placeta, Restaurante El Casino, or just outside the city (according to the host – we didn’t go there ourselves) at Restaurante Chipi-Chipi.

Excelente. La situación del hotel y las vistas desde la habitación son espectaculares. Está cerca de todo. La playa está muy cerca. Hay multitud de bares y restaurantes. Hay un mercado municipal cerca y varios supermercados. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Me encantó el cóctel Drago Sour con un whiskey de La Palma. Un sitio al que seguro volveré cuando visite Santa Cruz de La Palma.

Our stay at Banana Garden was nothing less than perfect!! The hotel is super cute, the facilities are very clean, the location is super, and the staff is friendly, welcoming and kind. Not to mention the delicious breakfast that is served and how convenient it is to be in the center of the city. If you are looking for a place to stay in La Palma, this is no doubt the best spot. Would love to be back in the future!

Great old town location and fantastic view

Great location, great view of the beach from the balcony and the terrasse, very friendly staff, (Dana), outstanding coffee barista (Roberto). Large room with refrigerator, microwave. In the heart of the old town, within a walking distance of all attractions and 1 short block from the beach. Highly recommended for visiting La Palma.

Un moment d’évasion absolument parfait ! Le staff est parfait et extrêmement serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des produits locaux! La literie était excellente. Bref rien à redire un 10/10 sans hésiter
