"Homeless people park their bikes, loitering around; smoking siting at the stairs and hallways staring people. "

"Got checked in by a virtual assistant, not a person on site. Room very minimal. No extra blanket. Towels old and threadbare. Mattress very soft. Virtually no place to set anything down. "

"We had to pay $23 per night for parking which we didn’t know about in advance. The bathroom in the room was….. interesting. The toilet was technically in its own room however it had a stall-type door that was open at the top and bottom. Sorry, but I want complete privacy for any toilet business. The shower was great though, we loved the rain head shower. The bed was very comfortable. Location was quiet. Had a large bar in the common/check in area downstairs which was honestly the reason we booked this place….. and the bar wasn’t even open on a Saturday night. "

"Excellent service and the refurbished rooms are stunning however, the hotel is under construction at the moment and so the pool and restaurant space that is normally used are not available, but they are serving food in the lobby, which works quite well and the food was excellent"
