"Check in/out process was easy and quick, amenities were good, room was tidy and breakfast was ok. Only stayed for 1 night so can’t really provide a more detailed review but all things considered it’s a great place to stay for the price, especially for the location, literally in the heart of Florianópolis. "Absolutely amazing staff, delicious and fresh food, beautiful and spacious accommodations. The kids club and the activities were amazing. I unfortunately got hurt while at the resort (no fault of the hotel) but they were so amazing the life guards took amazing immediate care and the hotel had me privately driven to the hospital and waited to bring me back."
