E realmente os quartos são muito apertados, a ponto de quase não haver espaço para circulação, tornando o ambiente pouco funcional. O segundo quarto era um pouco maior e melhor, mas ainda assim deixou a desejar.
O prédio é muito antigo e, mesmo passando por reforma, continua com aspecto velho, inclusive com sinais de infiltração...
